The Origin of the Condensate
Ambient air contains a lot of water vapor. After the air is compressed by compressor, air volume becomes smaller and density increases. After cooling, the air temperature is decreased. Water vapor is in a state of over saturation and is condensed into liquid.

The main cause of bad products and equipment - Condensate
The condensed water will make the paint or coating cannot cooperate closely, causing surface bulge or poor adhesion, or make the powder caking which cannot be delivered.
When air moisture content is too high, the filter element pressure difference will be increased, resulting in a loss of filter element function.
If the humidity in compressed air is more than 40%, it will cause the pneumatic tools to rust, accelerate wear out, affect the operation, and reduce the competitiveness.
