Small Type Refrigeration Dryer
Refrigeration dryers are the first choice when it comes to reducing or removing moisture from compressed air. After passing through a refrigeration dryer, water in the compressed air will cool and condense. Dried air will then be discharged with the pressure dew point temperature reaching 2 to 10°C .
The Fusheng FR series refrigeration dryer provides both air-cooled models and water-cooled models. Each type can be further divided to high temperature and low temperature models based on the inlet air temperature demand from the customer end.

Air-Cooled Refrigeration Dryer Product Selection
Dryer capacity varies with operating pressure, inlet temperature and ambient temperature. Using drying capacity requirement, select dryer model from table, ensuring the dryer model selected is equal to or greater than your dryer capacity requirement. Calculate drying capacity required following the example below. Minimum drying capacity requirements = Inlet flow requirement ÷ cf1 ÷ cf2
For example: Inlet flow requirement is 3.5m3/min Operating pressure is 0.78MPa, inlet temperature is 55°C and ambient temperature is 35°C. Minimum drying capacity requirements = 3.5m3/min ÷ 0.96 ÷ 1.07 = 3.4m3/min, the correct dryer model is FR030AP.
